"There was dog pee and poop in the elevator and dog poop in the hallway on the 9th floor. My daughter stepped in dog droppings when she stepped into the elevator."

"Will I never stayed of had a chance to do anything, I try to change the day I went in person 18th and the 19th was the day I was suppose to be there. I cancel plus they told me there was not going to charge me and they said I didn't do anything so poor to me... No no refund and it says it on a policy refund fully no refund so I'm sad about that.... "

"Breakfast well done and decent . The little happy hr freebies that are from 530 to 7 could ans shpuld be extended till 8 i feel. Ppl come i later cause of traffic. Etc. By the time i was done getting things in and prepared. It was over...so i missed the chance.. other wise good place to stay"

"Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with great options for everyone. The kids had an amazing time enjoying the pool and hot tub, they didn't want to leave! The staff was very attentive and addressed all of our concerns quickly and professionally, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we left feeling happy and well taken care of. We would definitely come back again!"
