Welcome to this delightful 1920s bungalow, located near Lake Minnetonka in Wayzata. Experience the essence of Minnesota lake life, surrounded by scenic water views, trails, and local culture. With dining, breweries, and shopping within walking distance, enjoy both convenience and beautiful lakeside sunsets.

Launch your canoes and kayaks just steps away. For larger boating adventures, Rockvam Boat Rentals and a nearby boat launch are just around the corner.

There is parking for 2 cars on the concrete pad in the rear of the property in front of the garage.
