• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless. A photo of yourself holding your ID must be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions.
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed before arrival. This requires providing your email address. Please inquire for terms and conditions or visit the Minnestay website under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside the home. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping.
• Noise monitoring devices may be located inside the home, and additional monitoring may be present in exterior gathering spaces.
• No events allowed. This home is intended for families and responsible adults only. Prohibited events include, but are not limited to, weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, and reunions.
• Dogs are only allowed in “Pet Friendly” listings. Prior approval and a pet fee are required (starting at $150, depending on the number of dogs).
• This is a private home, not a hotel. Please treat it with respect.
• Consumable amenities provided are not restocked during your stay.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be courteous to the permanent residents in neighboring homes.
• Direct bookings or bookings from other online platforms may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Violation of these rules may result in eviction without refund, as outlined in the signed rental agreement.
