Of course, the beach is what you came for, and you'll get to spend plenty of time there as it's just a few blocks away. You'll also be within walking distance of Dairy Queen for ice cream treats, coffee shops, beach shops for the souvenirs and sunscreen, as well as rental shops for golf carts, scooter, and more! Just a short drive away is the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall.

After a long day lounging or boogie boarding on the beach, check out The Crab Trap Destin for dinner. Even closer to home, The Whale's Tail offers post-beach bites and drinks just a few blocks away.
