"Convenient to sea few minutes walk to costal path and about 15 min walk to Margate Beach. Limited parking at property but plenty of free parking on nearby streets, room was clean and comfortable with leather sofa. Owner was freindly and welcoming, breakfast was nice both enough to eat and tasty, I would like to stay again"

"The room was very clean. Easy access to the hotel from the Margate train station, literally right next door. Checking in using the kiosk was difficult as we were coming from another country. Once we found a staff member they were able and to manually check us in. There was no iron, mini refrigerator or safe in the room, which was disappointing. However the beach is directly across the road and the town of Margate is extremely walkable."

"This was a great location with a lovely view with some amazing sunsets. We watched the solar eclipse from the window whilst watching the crowd on the beach and the way the light changed. The Old Town is around the corner with some great restaurants and shops, and the beach was across the road, perfect for some early morning solitude or a later busy beachy atmosphere. Loved being near the Turner and some great pubs and microbreweries and Manning’s, selling fresh crab and Oysters to eat outside. Exploring Cliftonville was also great and walkable, good food and drink options here too. There were really friendly local people everywhere. The train was super easy to use with loads of options for day trips. The flat was very clean with high quality furnishings and kitchenware. Despite some quite hot weather, we were able to keep cool with open windows and a powerful fan. There is a very hot powerful shower. We found on street parking within a 10 - 15 minute walk. As mentioned, the stairs may not be suitable for you if you have balance concerns. But there is a railing. The low sofa could also be an issue with mobility issues. We will be back!!!"
