"Parking in a nearby lot which is walkable and reasonably priced. Excellent hotel with excellent amenities especially the gym, coffee shop and bar. shower was amazing. Staff is helpful. there is a train station on one side of the building, if you are a light sleeper consider the opposite side. Would definitely recommend staying here. The decor of the rooms with record player is pretty cool."

"The front desk was very accommodating with trying to help me with my sim card issues. I enjoyed the Olympic pool sauna steam room and jacuzzi. I forgot my money and they let me take a sport drink on the promise I'd return. I forgot to but called them to let them know when I got to my next destination. Everyone was very kind.."

"We can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Location is great, comfortable room, great view and customer service was phenomenal!! We sprung a slow leak in our rental car tire coming into Cobh. Kevin went above and beyond and fully handled the situation for us on a Sunday! He got us a new tire, changed it out and had us on the road early Monday morning. We didn’t miss any sights in Cobh or on our trip up to Kilkenny thanks to him. He truly made our vacation and his kindness was VERY much appreciated!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you!!"
