"Great location. Lovely exterior with the waterfall. Rooms were a little dated but clean! Double glazed windows blocked all street noise! Do not try to get anywhere near the hotel during rush hour. Call them ahead to figure out the parking!"

"This hotel is very well located for travelling around the Cork City, Cobh, Kinsale areas. The pool was nice and big and even though there were a good few people there, it did not feel crowded. We had a family room with a double bed and two single beds, which was perfect for us. The shower (which was separate from the bathtub) was fantastic. 5 stars for the shower alone!! And we liked the shampoo/shower gel so much, that I have purchased a bottle to use at home. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to others. "

"When we arrived, the hotel had no record of our booking. We booked on the day, but for 270 euros for a room, it was disappointing to arrive to no room and to the confusion. Jess at reception handled it very well and was very helpful. She organised a different room, an apartment, which was pretty basic and was missing the hotel room feel. She was very apologetic and offered us complimentay drinks (2). The bar staff were lovely, but we had to wait about 20 minutes to be served. "
