The property was fantastic and everyhting I imagined and more. I would highly recommend a stay here, particularly the south facing, large balcony and general quietness around the complex. Perfect for a peaceful holiday.

Sjarmerende hotell

Et fantastisk hotell med sjarm og utrolig vennlige og imøtekommende personale som bryr seg om gjestene sine. Ingenting var noe som helst problem for dem å fikse. Renslige, store rom med alt man trenger. I leiligheten er det alt man trenger til matlaging og oppvask - som forsåvidt rengjøringspersonalet tar - og ekstra dyner, hygieneartikler og stort kjøleskap med fryser er et stort pluss! Sjarmerende og fint bassengområde og generelt veldig gjennomført og fint hotell.

Serenity by name and character

Our second stay at Serenity. A lovely and quiet complex with stunning views over Amadores beach. The on-site shop stocked all the basics including fresh bread. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The pool side was relaxing and not overcrowded. Didn't have a car, but taxis always a phone call away so was easy to get to commercial centres and beaches - and relatively inexpensive. Definitely recommend it to those who want somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay.

Ganz tolles Hotel

Ein ganz tolles Hotel, was durch das gesamte Personal wirklich ohne Abstriche zu empfehlen ist! Alle sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und total engagiert. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Badezimmer wirklich wunderbar groß, so dass man zu Dritt sich ohne Probleme fertigmachen kann. Alles sehr hochwertig und wenn schmal was fehlt, kümmern sich die Leute vom Personal mitweinen ehrlichenLächeln um Alles. Wirkommen gerne wieder

Jeg har vært på Kanariøyene med etter hvert jevne mellomrom siden 1978 og maken til hotell har jeg ikke opplevd. Det det måtte mangle tas igjen i suveren service. 20 minutters ganga fra Amadoresstranden høyt over folkelivet i rolige omgivelser. Serenity passer som navn og innhold for her er det ro for sjelen og sinnet. Her er det rom til å ha ferie og nyte livet. Og det er ikke lengre borte fra handlesentre eller restauranter om en jakter det. For oss var dette en utmerket ferieopplevelse. Vi kommer tilbake.

Amabilidad y grandes vistas

Hotel con vistas espectaculares sobre la playa de amadores; el personal muy amable y atento. En cuanto a los servicios, dispone de un pequeño súper para comprar solo lo básico, no tienen cafetería ni restaurante aunque disponen de servicio de habitaciones concertado con un restaurante tipo pizzas y similar bastante económico. El establecimiento está muy bien conservado y limpio, las habitaciones disponen de cocina, si bien se echa en falta algo más de comodidad en el sofá, no así de las camas que son bastante cómodas. La TV es otro aspecto a mejorar. En cuanto a su situación respecto a la playa, está a unos 500 metros, ya que se sitúa en un acantilado que es preciso bajar, si bien la subida está perfectamente asfaltada para que puedan circular los coches. El establecimiento dispone de parking gratuito, si bien puede resultar escaso en fechas de mucha ocupación. En líneas generales le doy un notable.

nos gustó mucho; es muy posible intentemos repetir. muy tranquilo,silencioso,agradable: magníficas habitaciones con muebles buenos, excelente baño,especial la terraza o balcón con vistas a la piscina y a la playa. la piscina muy buena y limpia, el equipamiento de la cocina perfecto hasta los detalles; muy buena atención de parte de los trabajadores.

Flott utsikt

Fint hotell med utsikt over amadores stranda. Tar ca 15 min å gå ned til stranda,lenger tilbake med oppoverbakker.. Rolig basseng område,sjelden noen som badet så man kunne ha bassenget for seg selv(var der i midten av sept) litt utenfor sesong. Må betale ekstra for Internett,og den funker ekstremt dårlig. Veldig fin leilighet,velutstyrt kjøkken,flott stor balkong,fint bad og soverom,men ekstremt harde senger. Hyggelig betjening. Vil absolutt anbefale hotellet!

Jeg er meget godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Avstanden fra stranden var for oss ikke noe problem. Spesielt satte vi stor pris på en flott utsikt.

Valgte dette hotellet etter gode tilbakemeldinger på tripadvisor, og synes det var helt ok. Leilighetshotellet ligger på toppen av en bakke, circa 15 minutt å gå ned til stranden, og 25 minutt å gå tilbake i tunge oppoverbakker. Vi tok som regel taxi tilbake for 3 euro. Det positive med leilighetene er at de er store (ca. 50 m2 + 20m2 terasse) med seperat soverom og stue. Vi fikk låne en god babyseng med høye vegger uten ekstra kostnad. Internett koster 25 euro for 1 uke, og 30 euro for 2 uker, men er begrenset til kun en datamaskin/telefon. Vi hadde et rom uten aircondition, det gikk fint siden vi reiste i slutten av april, men ville kanskje valgt med aircondition i sommersesongen. Sengesett ble kun byttet en gang på to uker, men ellers var renhold ok. Bassengområdet har bra størrelse i forhold til antall leiligheter. Klientellet var stort sett pensjonister og barnefamilier. Sengene var kjempeharde. Alt i alt var vi fornøyde med oppholdet, og føler at vi fikk slappet av :)

Fantastisk hotell !!

Utrolig bra hotel som har nesten alt du behøver å ha når du er på ferie. Det eneste negative var vell at det ikke var aircondition og litt dårlig beliggenhet i forhold til stranden (men det er en helt sinnsyk utsikt) koster 2-3 euro å kjøre til puerto rico, eller ned til amadores stranden. Anbefaler sterkt leiebil hvis du skal reise til Gran Canaria generelt!!
