"Very nice 3-night stay. Room was a good size and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the square, though a bit noisy in the evening with loud music from the square up to midnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurant though breakfast was in the restauarant next to the hotel where the menu was slightly limited but very pleasant outside in the sunshine."

"Maurizio was very helpful with instructions about checking in. Room was clean. Only complaint was the poor water pressure for the shower. Maurizio also helped organise the car transfer to Matera."

"The room/apartment I was assigned to (4) was gorgeous, and very unique. I fell in love as soon as I entered. The owner was very accommodating although she was quite busy and obviously stressed. The breakfast at Komera was exceptional, and in a very nice setting. My only complaint was the a/c which barely functioned and required that I keep pressing jet mode every 15 minutes, and even that was inadequate. Classic LG junk. Sleep was not great because of that, and only that. There was no noise, whatsoever, and the location could not have been better."

"Excellent location in the heart of old town by the harbour. Spacious room that is comfortable and well kept with a lot of amenities. Friendly reception and amazing transfer straight from the train station since we rely on public transport for our trip. Huge variety at breakfast , fresh coffee and plenty of sweet / savoury options to choose from. Highly recommend if you are in Monopoli."

"The room we had ( Carlos v) was in an excellent location looking out to the see and harbourside from balcony and terrace. The cushions on terrace are fading from a season in the sun but apart from this fantastic. The room was serviced daily with bed changes etc. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was really good although you have to navigate some steep narrow steps up there. The view from the restaurant is brilliant."

"Il Melograno was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Puglia. It was a little more upscale and less intimate than some of the smaller masserias we stayed at, but absolutely stunning in its own way. The grounds are gorgeous and beautifully maintained, and the entire property has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it was beautiful and looked like the perfect place to spend a leisurely afternoon. What really stood out was the level of service. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially when we needed assistance arranging transportation to and from nearby towns. They also helped us arrange laundry service, which was very much needed by that point in our trip! The evening turndown service was another lovely touch and added to the feeling of being well cared for. Breakfast was included with our stay and was absolutely amazing, with a wonderful selection and a beautiful setting to start the day. Il Melograno is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, elegant masseria experience with beautiful grounds and attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend"
