1- Check-In/Check-Out
Stick to check-in and check-out times. Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.

2- Luggage Drop-Off
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

3- No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Penalty: $500.

4- Pet Policy
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Please notify us in advance. Pets that are extremely furry and shed heavily cannot be accommodated. It is important to let us know prior to booking what breed your pet is.

5- Keys

All keys must be returned at check-out

Lost or missing items will incur a $250 replacement fee each

6- Quiet Hours
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

7- No Parties or Events
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

8- Security & Valuables
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9- Use of Appliances & Amenities
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them.

10- Cleanliness
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.

11- Respect for Property
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

12- Emergency Procedures
Know the location of fire extinguishers & emergency exits. Safety first.
