"Staff were friendly and accomodating. The area was safe for family with kids. Metro station and bus stop is across the entrance of the hotel. It is right in front of plaza de españa. A lot of restaurants and stores for food options and daily necessities. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options, I especially liked the omelette station. We are actually going back here to stay for the last leg of our Spain vacation. The airport is about 20mins away for travel information."
"I highly recommend staying here if you want to have a clean room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast (included, which is rare in hotels in Madrid is always extra), and location is the best (you are in front of the four seasons).
