"The first room I was placed in smelled like death and despair and was put in another room that looked like more people spent time trying to break out of than break in. The bed was like laying on a gravel parking lot. "

The room reeked and there was a white and creamy substance on the edge of the bed. The door to the bathroom kept coming off the track, and we came to found out that there was a roach on the wall. A man also got stuck in the elevator. Very disappointed."

"The fitness room was closed because of construction. I believe that should’ve been disclosed in your option page when booking a room. It’s a very least there should be a discount rate because of the construction and the fact that the fitness room was unavailable to travelers. We sit in the car for over 10 hours and traffic and stress, and we look forward to coming and relieving some of that stress in the fitness room of a hotel. When it’s closed, it’s a negative effect on I us as travelers."
