However, we did have to ask twice for the air-conditioning in our suite to be fixed as it was not working at all upon arrival. "For a low budget hotel this is perfect. Only down side is if you are not used to being in commercial areas the location is not ideal. All the staff were wonderful. I meet the young owner and wish him well. I will return. Although in a not great area it is very close to downtown and the owner and staff could not have been more helpful.
