Everything you could want in a quality Waterfront is right under your nose.

The tranquil picturesque setting are ideal for relaxing or undertaking one of the many water activities at your doorsteps. You could also use as a base to explore many of the nearby activities around the lake and the Watagan mountains.

The kitchen looks onto the covered entertainment area which in turn looks over the water, there are five large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room, cinema room, and entertainment Pool room.

Finishing touches are including air-conditioning, security system, well established gardens with a lovely cubby house for the kids to enjoy, and a shared jetty.

Beautiful location

A big house with lots of different zones so everyone can do what they want. Right on the water which was stunning & the kayak was fun. Fabulous for big family/friends getaways

Great Stay

Great property right on the water, fantastic view in a quiet place. BBQ had no gas which was disappointing so that amenity was unavailable. Also the property was not the cleanest I have stayed in previously hense the cleanliness score. Generally a brilliant property and fantastic views for any get away etc

Amazing Property 5 Stars

The pictures do not do this property justice, especially the bedrooms which have all new beds and mattresses. We had 4 days 3 nights over new year with the extended family 10 people in all. Lots of space for everyone, the grandparents loved the multiple outdoor spaces while the teenagers were kept busy in the pool room or the cinema room. This property has all the mod cons freezing cold aircon, wireless internet and direct access to lake Macquarie. The host Tina was excellent even accommodating our last-minute requests, no doubt about it we will be back for another visit in the near future.

School holiday

The house is huge and specious for 4/5 families. Enjoyed fishing and kayak with kids. The theatre room is amazing but TVs in other rooms aren’t not smart to watch YouTube for kids. Not towels were provided. Backyard wooden house was not able to use due to cleanliness and birds laying eggs. No aiicon at downstairs which was very hot. Overall condition is very nice and natural.

Family holiday

The house is spacious and plenty of room for our family of 12. Great location and plenty of yard for the little ones to play in. In saying that the cubby house in the back yard the kids couldn't play in as it had cob webs and spiders all through it & a lot of the wood was rotted and dangerous for them. Cooking was a mission as the BBQ was unusable all the jets were rusted and fallen to pieces the grill in the oven was disgusting looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years and there was only one old oven tray for the oven . We had to make do with 2 very small frypans to cook for 12 people so meal times was not really enjoyable.

Quiet lovely spot

Beautiful views, plenty of birds. Kayaks and Pool room were a hit with the young adults. No functional cues, repaired 2. Tap in upstairs ensuite loose. No towels, hand towels, washers, floor mats for bathrooms were provided. Didn't know this. Dishwasher provided. We did not use -as ran out of glasses and forks. No tea towels for drying dishers. One bed had dirty marks on sheets and ? crusty food in it. Floors dusty. Footwear from previos guests in robe. Dirty linen in laundry. Outdoor furniture was filthy. Once we did a clean. We had a relaxing 2 days.

Perfect location and very relaxing

The property is perfect for a little getaway with your family. The private jetty is perfect for fishing and loved that the kayaks were provided for us to use. The pool room was fantastic for the family to use and enjoy. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. Definitely recommended

Boys Holiday

The property was perfect for the boys to get out of Sydney grind. Lovely views of the lake & sufficient room for all. Only feedback is that the pool table needs new felt & need to provide bath towels for the guests as a minimum.

It is a wonderful property with spacious area which suit elders and children. The property is well clean and lots of activities can be done! We had enjoyed and will definitely come back.

Wouldn't stay here again

House was dirty dusty with roaches in the walk in robe. The mattresses are very uncomfortable I think I can still feel the springs in my back 2 weeks later. Host was very unhelpful and rude at times. Neighbours are very nosy. Beware host will try and take Ur deposit for anything.

Interesting Surprise

When I arrived at the property I was welcomed by a nice spacious backyard area with a wharf that extended along the lake which was quite beautiful. When saying hi to my friends one of the first things that was said to me was that the aircon only works well in the pool room and no where else. Immediately this raised concerns as it was New Year’s Eve and the weather was expected to be high 30s. I went through the house which did look very much like the photos listed which was expected. Of course, upstairs was truly warm but we powered through it. Throughout the next few nights we kept on discovering some irregularities withIn the house. One of the major things was that the wifi connection simply did not work. We even restarted the modem but there was still no connection for any of the 10 people in the house. Furthermore the TV in the living room was in-fact , not a TV, but more like a 1980s computer that was being tested for the first time and we were the test subjects. Fortunately, we have some technically gifted individuals who could solve the rubix cube of a problem. Once we landed on the channel with the New Year celebrations (Party of the Decade) it felt like we were watching distortion at its peak. This wasn’t a big deal but more of an inconvenience as we then moved into the pool room to watch the countdown. As the fun times continued, we decided to put on a flick in the theatre room. The owners had a box full of an assortment of DVDs of all kinds of genres which was exciting. Once we finally decided on a film to watch, we came to the realisation that the DVD player did not work. Like.... it was just a hollow shell of a DVD player with no actual hardware inside. After marvelling at this for a good 10 mins or so we decided the move on. Keep in mind, the aircon in this room did not work either so we were dripping. One of the highlights of the room was the speaker in the corner of the room that was being held up by tape haha. This speaker wasn’t even connected to the base and had wires hanging out from the bottom. Honestly, it was pretty funny, especially when the tape had taken some of the paint off the walls with it. As we further inspected the furniture and overall decor in the house, we came to the understanding that everything was pretty much put in as space filler which didn’t provide that sense of ‘home’. Besides that, I’d say we had a lot of fun and it provided a good space for us to enjoy each other’s company. Thanks.

Great modern beach front get away house

My family and friends needed to get away from all the smoke in Sydney. This house was amazing. Very modern and stylish and most important there is so much room. There was 8 of us and we were very comfortable. Enough entertainment for everyone for a weekend getaway. Will definitely go back. Thank you. Tina Phoung for the great and relaxing experience.

Property needs more attention to cleanliness

1. The house was actually not clean! I literally spent most of the first day we arrived cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen. Each bathroom was so dirty that I couldn’t even bring myself to use the toilet. 3. During our stay, the neighbours made a complaint regarding the noise of our boat during the evening/early morning. The reason for the noise was actually because due to the low tide, we had trouble moving the boat. This low tide and our struggle with moving the boat, caused damage to the motor and body of the boat. I wouldn't recommend using jetty for your boat - its not worth the damage caused. 4. The sheets on the beds didn’t seem clean. They had a strong stench to them. 5. The mattress’ on the beds are extremely uncomfortable! You can literally feel the coils poke into your back whilst trying to sleep. Other than that, the location is amazing and the locals and neighbors are very friendly! Its always amazing to wake up to such an amazing view first thing in the morning. The area is very serene and relaxing! If they give some more focus on the cleanliness of the house, it would be a great stay! The facilities in the house are great - enough room for everyone to enjoy their holiday without getting into anyone's way.

Property was exactly as pictured. The location was beautiful. Kids had a ball in the playroom, games room and kayaking. The house was well presented, well equipped and comfortable. Definitely have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Perfect place for our Women’s Empowerment Retreat

The house was simply perfect. Large and spacious with a,pole room for various activities, comfortable beds and am ideal location with the beautiful lake reeling us every time we looked out. Beautiful.

The home is quite large and had plenty of space to accomodate our family of 8 Adults and 3 children Loved being on the outside deck at night relaxing and looking over the lake Didn’t need to bring anything to the property as it was very well stocked with crockery cutlery, cooking utensils etc Kids loved the cubby house and plenty of toys to keep them entertained The only thing was it was quite hot and the bedroom where the children slept did not have a fan The other bedrooms did have fans and the cinema room and the snooker room had wall aircon systems I think being such a large home more aircon is needed Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would recommend the property especially for families.

Beautiful Quite Lakeside house

The house is massive and easily accommodated 3 couples, two singles and two children. The living areas and yard were well equipped and had plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The house had lots of games and even toys for the kids. There is aircon downstairs and in the master bedroom but not in the other bedrooms so it was a little hot, in saying that though there are ceiling fans which made it a little more bearable. Having the lake right on your door step was lovely and the lawn in front of it was a great place to hang out and relax, you couldn't really swim there though, but was still beautiful and you can pull the boat right up to the jetty. The neighbourhood was quite and all the neighbours we encountered were very friendly!

Fantastic in every way!!
