"Great"

"The facilities were kept clean. Staff was friendly. Subways were nearby. The only linens I got were a sheet. My trip was in late September so it was still pretty warm, so I was good with just the sheet. Idk if they have any other blankets for colder months. The neighborhood was chill. Decent amount of bars and restaurants/eateries nearby if you didn’t want go out to far from the hostel at night. "

"Staff were excellent, and I mean every staff member, from the door / bell staff, to the desk, to the restaurant and bar, and the housekeeping. All were top notch in performance and courtesy."

"Beautiful hotel and the location is incredible for dinning and exploring Soho, Chinatown and Little Italy. The staff in Front Desk is super kind. Would stay again in this hotel when visiting New York City next time "

"It was active, clean and very friendly."

"The room was clean and the bathrooms were too. In a convenient location in the SoHo area. Beware of the noise because the doors to the rooms only close loud. Other than that, great experience. Bring shower shoes, they are not provided."

"The hotel staff was INCREDIBLE. They helped us out a bunch of times with food delivery, after hours turn down service and directions. 10/10 would recommend and I will be going back for sure."
