"Hot tub was very hot! My boys enjoyed the big cold pool, their words! Very nice! Only downside is $35.00 a night for parking. Very convenient for going to Universal parks!"

"Front desk super friendly, everything was really clean too! The convenience store is kinda expensive and not many options to choose from (which is kinda expected from hotels in general and it’s also nice they have this option), but other than that it’s great"

"Do not recommend. Staff couldn’t find the reservation at first. Had to go find a manager. They did not do turndown service. When we asked about it they said they don’t unless requested. There was no notification of this whatsoever. The room key is supposed to open the garage gates, but did not ever work. We told them each time, they re-scanned but still did not work. I feel they probably should have replaced the cards because we saw that others did work. The garage elevator also did not work. Again, would have been nice to just have gotten a heads up and an apology. Staff seems to know about the problems yet have no interest in doing what they can to make it right or easier."

"I enjoyed the water portion to the hotel but the rooms were not what I expected , due to renovations there was a horrible paint smell , they only had one elevator working so to get on / off the hotel it would take 10 min every time. We did end up calling the front desk to see if we could get a different room bc the smell was so bad we were getting headaches and we did have a toddler with us, they did end up getting us a different room which was good I guess."
