"This Hotel is always wonderful is close to everything and is beautiful I would say not impressed with the staff they look tired and not happy to be there from the staff in the front desk to the service at the restaurant in the resort to the shuttle drivers and water taxi drivers is a little disappointing like I said beautiful location great proximity just really bad staff experience"

"First time staying here I always stay at the portofino resort decided to stay here because of the proximity to volcano bay I didn’t want to deal with shuttles or far away parking. I was extremely impressed with their staff they were all AMAZING especially the young lady at the front desk who check me in Kayla, she was a true professional knew her stuff and completely helpful from the start this hotel is very lucky to have someone like this working for them , she really elevated the experience"

"I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. It’s close proximity to the theme parks and the shuttles help. The only con is that you can hear persons footsteps (running, jumping, playing) through the walls. It interrupts sleep if you’re a light sleeper."

"I booked this on a last-minute trip through Orlando and I received a great price from Expedia plus the room and the location was great where I loved about it is that the pool area closes at 11 o’clock and the restaurant that’s there by the pool closes at 10:30. Staff was helpful. It was a quick check-in. They helped me out and allowed me to do a later checkout. I’ll definitely come back here again."
