Mount Olive Holidays

Well, i rushed and booked this without realizing it has no elevators and is a shared bathroom unit. I had to carry my luggage up five flights of stairs and then sharing a bathroom with someone else. Part of that is my fault for rushing to book this without reading all of the fine print. Part of it is something you should just know: it has no elevators and steep stairs, which make it very difficult to get your luggage up.

We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets. The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all. The staff is amazing and very friendly.

Location

The draft was welcoming , friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested places to try and easy ways to get around the city. The rooms were clean and our view was great! The rooftop was especially nice, with ample seating and a 360° view of the entire city. Complimentary coffee, tea and morning croissants was a nice touch. Morgan at the front desk was a fountain of information! We would definitely recommend the Noble DEN for your stay!

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The location is fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was larger than most others in New York City. And we had a floor to ceiling window! I will definitely stay here again.
