"We loved our stay at this hotel. The facilities were immaculate, the pool area was gorgeous, breakfast was lovely and the photos definitely don’t do the wellness centre enough justice. The gym was amazing as well as the indoor pool area and the spin studio. Would definitely return, every member of staff was so lovely and we had a very luxurious holiday!"

"Great location in the heart of the old town. Second stay at the hotel, ideally placed for the beach and the shops/restaurants. Hotel is nice and clean with stylish contemporary decor. Parking is across the road - convenient but expensive. "
"Spent 3 nights at Hotel Colina. Warm friendly welcome when we arrived with a quick and easy check in. Room was clean, air-con worked well. Very comfortable bed! We spent a few hours by the pool which was lovely and quiet. Breakfast had a good variety. The location was perfect. The pub next door was fairly quiet and you could play pool and darts. Walk down the hill and you have shops and restaurants. You are close to the busy nightlife and the tunnel leading to the beach. "

"Excellent hotel with amazing and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay there, staff were very helpful. Hotel is located between the old town and new town of Albufeira, so you get to enjoy both areas. There are entertainments every night, organised by their manager known as Marcos, very nice gentleman. Hotel is not noisy at all, even with the nightly entertainments which start from 9pm until 11pm. Breakfast and dinner are lovely and very tasty.
We had a great time in Albufeira and the hotel experience was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning there in the near future."
"I felt I should write a review after reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel, as I had a very pleasant stay.
The hotel is very basic and doesn't have air conditioning but I knew this before booking. My room didn't get a lot of sun and the temperature was fine. It is clean and there were cleaners working all the time. There are a lot of steps in it but I didn't have a problem with that, there is an elevator.
All the photos the hotel provides are exactly how it is. There is a lovely view from the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was basic, as expected but enjoyable due to the lovely views. It is in an elevated position above the old town, so I would usually walk to the town, which isn't far and get an uber back, which was €4.
The lady at reception was very pleasant.
Overall, I knew what I had booked before I arrived and I didn't expect five star facilities at a two star hotel. Also I was travelling on my own and felt safe. "
