The facilities were attractive and there were a nice selection of complimentary amenities provided in the lobby. The staff were attentive. The room was clean and modern. The location was excellent and we enjoyed the convenience store below. We had a lovely stay!

Very good location, near subway Sakae sta. Exit 2 (without elevator) and not too far from exit 4 (with elevator). A lot of nearby shops and restaurants to choose from. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffs are very nice.

Worth every pennie. Close to everything, very friendly staff. If only I can add something, probably a TV in rooms, because there is none with the room we booked. Overall still perfect accomodation

The hotel is near the JR station so it is very easy to reach other places. There also is a 24-hour Donki near by. It is so convenient. The staff here is very kind. The room is also clean enough. The space in the room is large enough.

Air-con is controlled centrally. Room is too warm and stuffy. Have to open window to have fresh air. But street traffic is too noisy and night racing to sleep peacefully impossible. Hope air-con can be controlled by guests.

The check in process was seamless. When we entered the bathroom we noticed that it did not smell clean. The smell came from the shower curtain that did not dry well. We also noticed molds at the corner of the shower/ bath tub. The carpet of the room had visible stains. We found used slippers under the bed. There was also a small tube of used toothpaste on the floor under the dresser. The room was not cleaned well and was not up to the standards that we would expect of Japan. We called the attention of the staff and this was addressed immediately.

이 호텔은 여러번 방문경험이 있습니다. 매번 위치도 만족스러워 이용하였습니다. 하지만 이번엔 큰 문제를 발견했습니다. 방안에서 바퀴벌레(ゴキブリ)여러마리를 목격했습니다. 심지어 두마리는 제가 잡아서 죽였습니다. 외출후 방에들어와 불이켜지면 바퀴벌레 여러마리가 돌아다녔씁니다. 이제 이용하지않을것입니다.

Godt hotel til god pris

Hotellet ligger i et pænt område af Nagoya, og med gode transportmuligheder. Personalet var meget flinke og kunne godt engelsk. Værelset var også fin størrelse, men lidt svært med en stor kuffert - men det kan lade sig gøre. Morgenmadsudvalget var lidt svagt, men stadig lækkert nok.
