"Great place"

"Great value overnight stop, welcoming host and excellent breakfast."

"Terrible odor in hotel and room on arrival. Our window to harbor was adjacent to our neighbors room who could see right into our room if we kept window/door open . We checked in and left immediately. Very disappointing and hotel staff did not question why we were leaving after just checking in."

"Staff were really great and welcoming. Water pressure wasn’t great but otherwise it was a lovely stay Thankyou."

"This is an old building, so expect quirky! My room had a sloping floor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bathroom sparkling and modern. Breakfast hot and cold options."

"Beautiful views, great value and a very pleasant stay"

"Beautiful location. Very welcoming friendly courteous staff Lovely breakfast to set me up for the day"

"I really cannot comment on the amenities as we didn’t use any due to being out all day touring. Location was great and rooms were nice and clean. A nice stay indeed!"

"A little B&B run by a nice couple. Super convenient to the Penzance rail station. (Literally 2 minutes on foot) Great value, great breakfast. In my room the ceiling fan was a bit wonky, but otherwise no problems. I would definitely consider staying again."

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were really helpful since we did not know the place very well. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Free parking . Everything on point."

"Unusual "arty" decor. Very clean. Rooms and beds are very small. Breakfast NOT included. Staff friendly and cheerful. Good location."

"The exquisite views, the helpful (but not overly interesting staff), and the excellent condition of the amenities and the room made for a 5 star experience."

"Enjoyed our"

"The Nook was very clean and presentable, the only drawback was the to & Broadband had poor connection and was unable to find BBC or ITV. Easy access to town was very important. We would happily stay again. Sinc & Anne."
