Located on the 3rd floor, this bright, functional and stylish flat comprises a beautiful living room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a south-facing balcony that will delight you for sunny breakfasts.

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV and sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: electric kettle, toaster, hob and coffee machine
- A beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed (160X200) and a work desk.
- The bathroom includes a large bath and a washing machine.

Its exceptional geographical location makes it an ideal choice for your stay, 200 meters from Lieu Unique (a major national cultural venue) and the banks of the Erdre, 400 meters from the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, 600 meters from Nantes train station (south exit) and the Cité des Congrès.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et la possibilité de profiter du balcon. 🙁 Personnellement je ne suis pas grande, je n'ai donc pas pu utiliser le four micro-ondes. Il n'y a pas de barre d appui pour rentrer dans la baignoire ni de tapis antidérapant, à mon avis ces accessoires seraient sécurisants."

L'Idéal logement confortable (avec une très bonne literie), plutôt bien équipé et accueillant, conforme à l’annonce et aux photos, calme tout en étant proche du centre et encore plus du château (à moins de 10 mn à pied: visite incontournable..), avec parking privé en sous sol, le tout sécurisé. A noter le tramway gratuit le wekend, boulangerie et supérette à proximité! En plus, Marjory, notre hôtesse à été très sympathique, flexible lors de notre arrivée malgré notre petit retard. Tout cela a rendu notre court séjour très agréable.

L'Idéal "J'ai eu l'occasion de passer quelques jours dans le logement ""l'idéal"". Les remarques faites à mon arrivée ont été assez rapidement prises en compte par l'agence cocoonr. Le logement lui même est spacieux et bien organisé. Pour ma part le plus pratique était d'avoir une machine à laver, et d'être proche de la gare (accès à pieds entre 10 et 15 min). des magasins proche du logement, avec une vie de quartier à part entière. Les transports en commun facilitent la visite de la ville et des alentours. localisation très pratique. Voisinage très calme, et paisible. Donc à mon avis, l'ambiance parfaite! Il y a toujours des améliorations à faire dans un logement, mais la base est là. Globalement un logement que je recommanderais."
