The handsome dining room table has enough chairs and bench-seating to accommodate up to six guests. The second-level master bedroom includes a mounted flatscreen TV, a private wardrobe, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and a double-basin vanity sink. Off the living room, you'll have convenient access to the expansive wraparound deck furnished with a love seat and a bar-height table/chair set, and with staircase-access to the pool and gorgeous views of the property, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of evening wine.
Downstairs, the first level is complete with three more bedrooms, each with its own TV, and a shared bath next to the front entrance. Head out the front door, and you'll find the screened-in lanai furnished with two ceiling fans and comfortable patio furniture, and featuring views of the enclosed yard. Just under the main-level deck, the gazebo has enough seating for up to six people. Your friends will love spending time on the pool deck with seating for eight, especially after a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool and spa. Planning a trip out on the water? The driveway has plenty of room to park the family jet skis and up to two boats. You'll have lots of beaches nearby, including Vanderbilt Beach, just six miles away. Be sure to visit some of the terrific local restaurants within three miles of the home anytime you want to take a break from the kitchen. You'll also be nine miles from the shopping and dining available on 5th Ave and just 10 minutes from The Mercato. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is nine miles away.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
