Great hotel in the countryside
We really enjoyed our stay here and even booked to go back on our return journey. It's a small, quiet hotel with a gorgeous pool and very good restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Not nearly as great as advertised
While rooms are spacious and clean, the location is really in the middle of nowhere. Also, the pool is not really a hotel pool as advertised, but is overcrowded as it seems to be simultaneously used as a public swim club. Staff is not super helpful either: The front desk flatout refused to give me an iron on a Sunday morning, saying that the maid can do the ironining for me on Monday. (Too bad if you need a nice shirt on Sunday, though...)

We upgraded from economy room. The economy room is small, but otherwise good hotel, good breakfast and very friendly staff. 24/7 reception. Very clean.

Road Trip
Hotel was good, amazing restaurant next door with excellent service and food. Bed was 2 singles not a double and one of the mattresses was so worn there was more than a 4" different in the height between them when pushed together. Pool was closed very early in the evening so no chance to relax after a drive and did not open until 10 am and even then it was not opened until after 10:30 (no good for people that need to leave at a reasonable time)

Hotel Terra Umbra
The hotel is a little difficult to find but in a beautiful and unspoilt setting. I thought the hotel was excellent value for money, the staff could not have been more helpful and the food was good too. The room was adequate on the basis I did not need to spend any time there.

Fantastic Service
The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggesting places of interest to visit. The restaurant on site was good however the second night we were there it was closed which was a shame because we didn't know the area that well and there wasn't anything close within walking distance. Good place for families to spend a few days as the facilities pool etc were fantastic.

Overnight stay along our way
We stopped at this hotel on our trip from North to South. The area was quiet and relaxing. The temperature was too cold to enjoy the pool. The hotel's accommodations were spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. The staff and service went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. We arrived late and were too tired to try the attached restaurant, for which we read great reviews.

It is more like a Agritourismo
This is very nice and clean place in farm setting. The place is spotless and serves the best full breakfast. Staff is very help full. Narni is a small place like many other Italian hamlets. Terra Umbra is in Narni Scoula witch is below the actual Narni village. It is kind of out of the way place. It is very suitable for quiet relaxing time.

Camera non pulita e maleodorante situata in ala esterna evidentemente trascurata. Mini frigo assente. Colazione pessima non all'altezza di 4 stelle (cereali in monoporzioni scaduti da diversi mesi!!!). Richiesto pagamento immediato all'arrivo e impossibilità di addebito alla camera le consumazioni del bar in piscina. Personale hotel assente in piscina dove si è verificata una rissa tra alcuni clienti e i gestori del bar difronte ai bambini che giocavano in piscina (personale dell'hotel completamente ignaro e assente), chiamata anche ambulanza. Esperienza terrificante...

Rigtig godt hotel. Pænt og velholdt . Venligt personale. Fint pool område med bar. Restaurant med spisning i haven og god morgenbuffet i hyggelig kælder område. For vores vedkommende var det et fint ophold mellem to destinationer. Selve området er ikke noget særligt .

Rolig hotel med god pool
Dejligt hotel i fredelige omgivelser. Ikke langt fra Terni. Dejlig pool område men masser af plads og en rigtig god pool. Restaurant var super hyggelig. Sad i haven og spiste. Vi fik et ældre værelse uden aircondition og sengene var mindre gode. Men samlet set et godt ophold.

Premetto che sono stato diverse volte in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Accoglienza ok, ristorante molto buono. Camera confortevole. La colazione è un po’ miserina, e rispetto ad altri 4 stelle, migliorabile in quantità e qualità. Purtroppo l’albergo era pieno di ragazzi molto rumorosi, e, fino alle 23.30, urla e tuffi in piscina sono stati davvero molesti. Consiglio di farvi dare camere al primo piano che affaccino sul retro.

Un'esperienza invernale deludente
Si fa presto a dire 4*, ma poi sono i dettagli che contano, specie in inverno, quando la piscina non aiuta a migliorare il giudizio complessivo. La segnaletica per raggiungere l'hotel è carente e poco visibile, specie al buio e con la pioggia. Uscendo dall'ascensore del 1° piano con i bagagli c'è la sgradita sorpresa di una doppia serie di gradini, a scendere e a risalire, per accedere alle camere: un'incomprensibile barriera architettonica. La camera tripla (un letto matrimoniale + un divano letto) presenta un arredamento deprimente e poco funzionale. Coperte invernali sul letto matrimoniale, un semplice copriletto sul divano letto. Il riscaldamento è affidato a un solo termoconvettore rumoroso e poco efficiente. Spento all'arrivo con camera al gelo. Il bagno è funzionale, ma la dotazione risulta carente: 1 mini-saponetta per una camera con tre persone.

ci siamo trovati bene ma nella camera non c'era la culla come concordato con expedia in effette al momento della prenotazione e stato aggiunto il prezzo della culla. Siamo arrivati alle 18,30 ed alla recption ci hanno detto se eravamo stati avvertiti che le camere sarebbero state disponibile in tardo pomeriggio. distinti saluti

Bra stopover
Mitt i ingenstans en mycket fin anläggning med bra kök. Vi stannade bara för att övernatta på väg till Rimini från Rom. Funkar utmärkt för det. NB! Det finns bara hotellområdet, det är omgärdat av åkermark och industrier (syns inte bakom häckarna, så det stör inte). Tillbringar du en hel dag här så är det bara för värme, poolen och trevlig service.

Beh, intanto bisogna trovarlo l'hotel, ed è stata veramente un'impresa perchè malamente indicato ed in strada secondaria di campagna. Poi arrivi e scopri che al momento della prenotazione (Con pagamento immediato) avevano già emesso Ricevuta Fiscale, mentre a me serviva fattura. Sono sceso in hotel molto più modesti, ma è la prima volta che mi accade! L'aria Condizionata non funzionava e nemmeno il frigo, con il bagno che aveva urgente necessità di un restauro. La piscina, oltre che non pulita e con il fondo vasca da risanare, alle 18:30 CHIUDE, ma nessuno te lo comunica al momento della prenotazione! Evidentemente in questa zona dell'Italia, le stelle sugli hotel piovono dal cielo e non vengono assegnate per merito!
