Living Area:
Step into the warm embrace of the living room at Southern Comfort, a haven for relaxation adorned with a large sectional and a flat-screen TV. Whether you're tuning into your favorite shows or simply soaking up the cozy ambiance, this living space sets the stage for memorable moments in your home away from home.

Kitchen:
The living room seamlessly leads to the fully equipped culinary dream that is the kitchen. Complete with stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials, this space allows you to whip up a Southern feast or a quick snack before venturing out to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Experience tranquil nights in one of the three cozy bedrooms at Southern Comfort. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity sink, shower/tub combo, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, while the third offers a full-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangement. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway near the 2nd bedroom.

Challenge your companions to a friendly game of outdoor ping pong, unwind in the inviting lounge areas around the firepit on cooler winter nights, or take your experience to new heights at the rooftop escapes offering panoramic views of the city.
Please Note: Pool is open seasonally typically between the early spring months - the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.

In our ongoing commitment to enhance your rental experience, we are delighted to introduce a complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period. **Subject to Availability** The luggage holding service is available from Monday - Sunday | 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.

Parking:
Parking is provided by a first come, first served covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or If you have extra vehicles, there is ample first-come, first-serve street parking available.

*Please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building; however, an elevator is available onsite.
**This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.
***Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to. It is important to note Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
****We manage multiple units within this building, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. While all units maintain a consistent standard quality, sizes and décor vary. If the unit you are viewing is not the best fit for your stay, let us know, and we will help you find one that better suits your group.

- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
