We enjoyed our stay. The place was large and clean and we really liked having a garage. The property manager responded immediately to the ant issue so we appreciated that. It cost about $30 to Uber anywhere so this is a great place to stay with a vehicle and just Uber in the evenings.

Overall a good place to stay! Short uber to Broadway and a few places within walking distance. While we felt safe and didn't have any issues, but just wanted to say there was a break in at a different unit while we were there.

Nashville weekend w/ friends

Spent a long weekend in Nashville with friends, and stayed at this property. Everything was great, close to downtown (10 minutes). Nice little brewery/coffee shop right next door. Would recommend and stay here again next time we come to Nashville.

Great time in Nashville

Great property vey comfortable and a nice location. It was just as advertised. Really the only issue was cleanliness. Two of the beds had sirty sheets with crumbs and dead bugs. We changed them out with spare clean sheets available. Overall it was a great place to stay during our vacation.

We had a great stay! Super convenient location! The house was perfect for my bachelorette trip! My only recommendation would be a full length mirror in the bedrooms. Having a group of people made it hard to all get ready at the same time! But great stay!

This house is as cute as it’s pictures! Close to everything and plenty of space! The garage is a little hard to get in to if people are parked in the way(which they were for us) but other than that it was everything we could have asked for!

Great group house

We had plenty of space for all of our guests to stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable to sleep, shower, and socialize. I would highly recommend to anyone I know traveling for any occasion. Parking in the garage was easy and the keyless entry was very convenient. We were able to walk to dinner and in a short drive we were downtown.

Bachelorette Party

This location was perfect for my best friends Bachelorette party! It was only 10 minutes driving from downtown so Uber drives were super quick! The place itself was super cute and definitely gave you Nashville vibes! There was plenty of space for all the girls and the check in process was really easy! The host was quick to respond to any questions that I had and gave me great suggestions! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice VRBO

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The stairs may be too much for older adults or young kids. The lower room was a bit warm at night while the upper unit seemed really cold for those staying in it. Having said that, we would definitely stay again.....it was very quick to the downtown (less than 10 minutes on both Friday and Saturday night).

Ten mins to everything

This place was amazing for 8 adults... lots of room in the main area... and two ensuites on the upper floor with the third bedroom being downstairs gave a lot of privacy when needed... kitchen had a gas stove and large fridge for all your food and beverages... garage fit a Ford Expedition... Amazing place would use again

Great home base in east Nashville

Perfect spot for a girls’ trip! The space was a great size, very comfortable, and location was convenient. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. I do have a couple of suggestions that would make future guests even more comfortable: more than one kitchen towel would be great, so you’re not drying your dishes and hands with the same one, and more hangers in the closet. The space could use a good deep clean too,. A magic eraser would work wonders!
