"Breakfast was a great touch, and the property was beautiful and clean"

"Very good"

"Excellent service and room, and pool"

"The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. I kept sleeping in because it was so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security of the lofts made me feel very safe. I recommend the Punto Lofts to anyone needing to stay in the South of Mexico City. You will not be disappointed."

"Excelente hotel"

"As a solo traveler, it was minorly confusing on how to get into the property, but once inside it was very straightforward! The room was quite nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfasts options were limited but good though it is important to note that the kitchen is a shared space. Otherwise the property was lovely! There's a cat named Scar who is well loved and a sweetheart, it was nice having him be able to hangout in the rooms! Located in a very safe and quiet, and BEAUTIFUL neighborhood...

"Great stay"

"Excelente hotel"

"Very clean and friendly. I was not booked into the room I requested but they made it work the best they could. Great vegetable market just across the street and the town market was also nearby. "

"Seems that the facilities have not been maintained and not updated. However, the weekend breakfast buffet is excellent."

"Excellent service!!"

"Telia un detalle el aire acondicionado y estuvo goteando toda la noche no dejo dormir"

"This little boutique hotel completely made our trip. Graciela and Oscar are incredibly warm hosts, they helped us navigate getting to the England v Mexico match at Estadio Azteca, which took so much stress out of match day. They also pointed us to amazing local food and the best spots to explore in Coyoacán, from the markets, plazas and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Genuine hospitality, great location, wonderful hosts. Highly recommend! Looking forward to taking the whole family back."

"The hotel is comfortable, clean and well situated in a quiet street. Lots of nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel."

"Good location, very helpful staff"

"Una razon para elegir ese hotel es el room service y por un tema de mantenimiento a la red e computo, decidieron sinplemente cancelar el room swrvice en lugar de hacerlo manual, la primera noche, lo cual se bolvio bastate molesto"
