"The Cozy Tropical Retreat was just as advertised. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to parking through a dedicated guest security gate. The bed was comfortable and the full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare great meals. Raul was quick to respond to our questions and special requests. The AC worked great. I wish we would have had more time to spend in Hilo at the Guest House. The guest information book was a masterpiece!"

"Spacious, clean hotel with daily breakfast with banana bread and delicious papaya. Friendly staff and the best part is you get the feeling of staying in a tropical paradise since the hotel is surrounded by lush forest even though it is in a small neighborhood. "
