"Two things stood out on our stay with this hotel. The first was the friendly staff. They were very helpful and attentive. The settlement was the excellent breakfast that we had each day. Wonderful food and again very nice weight staff taking care of us. The hotel is in an interesting location near what was developed for expo 98. There is an aquarium nearby, which we believe is one of the best in the world. We really enjoyed it."

"I only eat breakfast one time it was disgusting not good about the breakfast.the air conditioning and heat is controlled byvthe front desk if you need anything you have to come downstairs to the front desk and get it your self this us the worse hotel i rver stay "

"Very helpful staff. Great breakfast to get your day started. I was impressed with this renovated old building located in the middle of Old Lisbon, close to metro, river front, restaurants. The metro station is just steps from the Hotel. Everything walkable."

"The location of the hotel is in a more quiet area of Lisbon but still easily accesible with public transportation. I wish the cleaning products will have less strong scent as some people have sensitivity to scent. Otherwise, good hotel."

El área de parqueo fue muy cómoda y práctica, el desayuno estuvo delicioso y con muy buena variedad — definitivamente valió los 12-15 euros. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención: todo el personal fue amable, atento y profesional en cada momento. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. Sin duda le damos 5 estrellas y volveríamos encantados. ¡Altamente recomendado"

"Everyone was so nice & helpful. We ate Dinner at the indoor area by the pool and had a great time thanks to the staff. The manager Joseph was so nice and helpful. He recommended and let us taste some new wines that we have never had.. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful with all of our questions..He took time out to show us how to get to certain bars & restaurants at the hotel. And our waiter Roger was very nice:) we met a lady named Amy and she was sweet and explained how to get around at the hotel. We are here for a wedding and it’s our first time to Europe. "Great location within the Lisbon old-town area within walking distance to the Castle. Needed to park the car in underground city parking which was a lot more expensive than I was expecting for the two days."
