Kickback, relax, and enjoy the large backyard paradise with a large in ground pool, basket ball court, fire pit, poolside tiki bar with a smart tv, outdoor kitchen, corn hole and plenty of poolside seating. Extend your play into the nigh with a fully light backyard to include the basketball court, all lighting is automatic duck to dawn. Inside you will find darts and a pool table in the bar room that has large windows overlooking the beautiful back yard paradise. Inside you will also find a Florida room with lots of board games for the kids and adults, a fully equipped kitchen and living room, Home has 7 smart tvs inside and 1 poolside at the tiki bar. Front yard has 2 driveways allowing for plenty of parking and dusk to dawn landscape lighting. 3blocks from shopping and restaurants and 1 mile from the gulf and sound.
