Soggy Dollar has an open floor plan with a spacious great room to easily view the 70 inch flat screen smart TV. There is plenty of seating for the entire group with the indoor dining table seating 12 and the 20 foot kitchen island quartz counter seating 12. The kitchen has top of the line appliances with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers with an extra refrigerator in the laundry room. The wet bar has an ice maker and 2 blenders for mixing your favorite frozen beverage(s).
Bring your family and friends because there's plenty of space. The home sleeps 22 people in beds with 6 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, 3 master bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each sleeping 4, and a single bedroom with 2 queen bunk beds sleeping 8. Each bedroom has a large flat screen smart TV and high thread count linens.
There is an elevator but must be monitored by adults.
The outdoor space is awesome! Soggy Dollar has a large heated** pool (27x15) with a 10' wide sun shelf and pool towels are supplied. The pool deck has a half bath so no need to run upstairs. There are 2 outdoor heated showers for rinsing the sand and salt off. The space under the house is enormous and can be used for parking 10 vehicles or for large events*.
