"We had a great time at the hotel and overall enjoyed our stay, but there were a couple of concerns. We asked if we could get some bond papers for drawing and were told by the front desk that they would deliver them, but they never came. On the day of our check-out, we asked if there was a weighing scale we could use; again, the front desk said one would be delivered, but later called back to say none were available for delivery and that we could use one in the lobby.
