It is an exceptional house designed to take full advantage of the sea and the sun while being protected from the heat. The house is located in a unique protected site benefiting from solar energy including for air conditioning (heating) and all equipment.
It benefits from the most beautiful views of the marvelous bay of Farska, while being less than 100 meters from the confidential beach with chrystal water.

There are two big terraces with outside shower and a dining room plus a big living room all looking at the open sea and facing Hvar Island
