This three-story townhouse is located in the peaceful Punta Lara residential area, offering a quiet setting.



Enjoy 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The property features a fully equipped private kitchen and a living-dining room on the first floor. Bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor, while the terraces are on the third. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in the main bedroom, second bedroom, and living-dining room, private TV, washing machine, private barbecue, cot and high chair (both available on request). The house has mountain views and is close to the beach.



You can relax in the communal outdoor pool, located 400 meters from the house. The pool is usually open from June to September (please confirm opening dates). The tranquil Punta Lara neighborhood ensures a peaceful stay.
