The apartment was lovely, with a beautiful view of the Nettuno harbor/marina. Francesca was very helpful and responsive.

Good location, lovely terrace, nice stay

Great location. A really fun nautical theme to the home. Francesca was very helpful and attentive. She does not yet speak much English, but we worked it out with Google translate and it was kind of an adventure. We cooked both nights, and the kitchen worked well. The terrace amazing! The bed was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, so choose this rental knowing your ability to carry luggage up stairs. We travel light, so it was fine for us. There was some street noise and nighttime partying, but the Air conditioning covered the sound well. We switched it to just fan for the white noise. The neighborhood is lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

Loud neighborhood!

Neither the owner or her agent spoke English. We drove a rental car so parking and coordinating arrival and meeting time was a challenge. There are lots of steps so pack light. The WI-FI info we were sent was wrong but we figured it out. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. The neighborhood was not clean, lots of graffiti, and loud!! Nightclub blasted music until the wee hours on a Wednesday night. On the plus side, there are lots of restaurants nearby and a view of the marina from the terrace.
