Welcome to our Victorian shotgun-style home, tucked into the heart of Uptown New Orleans. Recently updated. Big backyard & front porch overlooking our native gardens. Walkable to Freret and Prytania St corridors. Coffee shop, bahn mi, and freshly shucked oysters just down the street. Streetcar stops 3 blocks away. Short trip to Tulane or Loyola. Superb location to experience many of the biggest Mardi Gras parades. This is your launching pad to take in what New Orleans is all about.

Great location and it became our hub of operations on New Year's Day while we waited for more information about the Sugar Bowl game. Super comfortable house and well equipped kitchen. Lots of space for folks to hangout and for other friends to visit us comfortably. Great coffee shop just down the street!
