"Second time I've seated elevations first time was what drew me back for the second second time. The air handler in the room really didn't do anything luckily it wasn't that cold out so didn't need much heat. The refrigerator really didn't work either at all. Kind of disappointing all all. It's a nice enough place to stay and I would recommend doing it. But some of the facilities in the room I had the second time were not up to par"

"Breakfast was just blah biscuit and gravey had no flavor. Room service never made bed we stayed 6 nights. "

"Staff was great. Got surprised by a $10 “parking fee” that wasn’t advertised on hotels.com. Breakfast was ok. "

"Decent stay, the room didn’t have a fridge that I paid extra for, the pillows were not comfortable. Bar staff was great. Went to have breakfast in morning and stood there 5 min waiting for someone to come help us and we finally left. We stay here whenever we go to rapid and this was the worst it’s been. "
