Good location but no frills. No coffee or kettle in the room. Very small bathroom with shelf hanging over the sink that made it difficult to wash up. Charged $4/bag to hold them for a few hours after checkout. $15 credit at the market was a nice perk though.

Staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were very poorly maintained and honestly more aligned with a two star hotel.

We were excited to stay here, but this hotel is just okay. My family has eaten downstairs at Friedman's many times because it is a safe and delicious gluten free restaurant, and we thought it would be fun to stay at the hotel with its old-timey charm. The bathroom shower in room 914 was clogged. All other amenities were up to par.

Hyatt Regency Times Square
The stay was excellent. The staff very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and most importantly, I got a good nights rest!!! The location was perfect. Close to the theater and club I went to and plenty of places to eat. My wife and I had a great time! Thank you!!!
