"Very professional and polite staff. Love the bag drop so we could still sightsee after checkout and not have to lug our backpacks around. Cute hotel with boutique feel. "

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, Rum house was fabulous, other restaurant options on premises really good too! Great location in walking proximity to many key attractions but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle if looking for some quiet downtime. Rooms and bathrooms are smaller than what we were use too but I feel like most of NY hotels are. "
"Enjoyed our stay, very convenient to all the main things like Central Park, Rockefeller center, time square…etc. All walkable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Had a few issues with the room itself (lock on door was not working properly, leak that came from room above) but nothing they couldn’t fix right away and or accommodate! Rooms are small but it’s to be expected in New York coming from a person who’s from Texas, still had enough room to do what was needed. A lot of restaurants and entertainment close by. Everyone and everything was satisfactory and advertised correctly. Highly recommend."
