Like: centrally located, polite staff, USB outlets at beds, mattress 7 out of 10 for comfort, pillow 5. Disliked: Bathroom (toilet and shower) were disabled, no waste baskets in room, lighting was poor, lockers and beds were noisy (all metal), our 3-bunk room was CO-ED, which i was unaware of at booking and check-in! Caveat emptor.... Space in room was a premium: quite cramped

The only thing I wish they would improve is putting curtains between the bunks. I had my head laying a few feet away from the other persons feet. I caught on to what everyone else was doing and hung my towel up between the bunks. Other than that the place was very clean and conveniently located. A place like this is not for everyone but for solo travelers it’s a great place to be able to shower and sleep. If I make another trip back to NYC, I’ll stay here again.

Clean room, ac working, washrooms could have more hooks to hang clothes and stuff. Walls were kind of thin but overall not too noisy when I stayed there. Front desk staff were accommodating during early check in (didn’t like having to pay extra for 12pm check in, but i needed it). They let me choose bottom bunk, maybe cause I was one of the first to check in and they had availability. Staff were friendly and cleaners kept it all clean and garbage free! Brought a lock and stored my backpack in lockers as storage before and after checkout. Would stay again for a quick weekend trip when travelling solo

We had such a wonderful stay here! The decor within the the hotel and room was gorgeous, very Instagram worthy!! The room was clean, beds were super comfy. It was nice to have multiple pillows each and to have a thick duvet! (Most hotels only provide a sheet!) The AC in the room was wonderful, so refreshing to walk into a cool room after a hot day! Bathroom was clean and toiletries provided were lovely!! Only a 5 minute walk to the beaches and shops, nearby to restaurants and entertainment. But not too near where you could hear it at night! 10/10 would stay here again if I was to be back in Miami. Also have attached a picture of the view from outside the hotel The only downside was that the pool was unavailable. The manager herself called and apologised for the inconvenience and helped provide us a partial refund! Obviously this is not the hotels fault and thing happen!! 10/10 service!!

It was perfect for the location and very affordable, I def will go back and will stay there again because gosh; it was really an absolute top location The only con for me was that the microwave wasn’t working but it wasn’t the end of the world anyway You won’t regret it if you choose this place
