"Everything was great! I'd like to add that sound travels from upstairs in the suite to the lower level and vice versa. We had to keep the volume of the upstairs TV way down because our guest below could easily hear it. I wish there was a door or at the top of the stairs. We's still stay there again. It was very clean, pretty, & a quick walk to downtown. The staff at the desk were very friendly!"

"We had a lovely stay here on New Year’s Eve and day. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice dinner. We were able to watch a beautiful sunset from the house. The house was clean and was an easy walk to the beach! "

"We spent Christmas here and it was so special waking up to the sight of a beautiful sunrise over the water and snow on the sand. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets to cook a holiday meal. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and two children. Easy drive to the center of Newburyport with lots of great restaurants and shops but also several local stores and restaurants within walking distance. The parking lot across the street was an added bonus as we had three cars. "
