Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors. "Arrived at 4pm one hour after checking opens and my room wasn't ready. Kind enough to give me a complimentary drink whichw as nice whilst I waited. Once I got the room there was hairs in the bathroom and bedsheets, but room was overall tidy. Seems to been cleaned in a rush. Also carpet has shown it's age with stains. Breakfast was lovely and Aircon room worked well for my one night. Although for a premium i may consider a different hotel in future. Reception was too busy at times to complain and I was in a rush so ended up just ignoring the issues."
