Excellent location.
Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard.

Property was very nice. Worked well for us. Would stay there again. Only issue we had is that check-in is at 2pm and the apartment was not ready for us until about 2:15 pm as housekeeping was still cleaning the apartment. Not an issue as we just waited in the stairway. Management company is strict about no early check-in and if early check-in, charge an amount per hour early, which we chose not to do. Would think that if charging to enter early, property would be ready when promised. Overall, a very clean and pleasant apartment.

Very lovely flat !!! Amazing location, my check in was a miss (communication was a not consistent) and I did not like the fact that I was not told until last minute that the lift was not working and it looks like it has been a very long time... I think that it should be mentioned on the advert until it is fixed. I had 2 big suitcases and it was a nightmare to go up these stairs...

The location was amazing. It is so central and walking distance to everything in Newbury. The communication was great as well, we asked to check in a little early and they were very accommodating.

Nice flat, central location
Nce flat. Central Newbury. Comfy bed and bedding. Paid parking nearby which expired at 12pm each night so had to keep renewing it before I went to bed

Great place with thin ceiling
Great new-built building with proper looking apartments. Only two downsides is that they are pretty strict on validation, so either company email address or passport is needed. And of course, the booking is non-refundable... Although it is a new built, you can clearly hear your upper neighbour's every steps or if they are on the phone/talking.

Comfy apartment just blocks away from city center
We made the reservation for this stay only the day before. That led to some difficulties because they did not have the time, apparently, to give us the codes to get into the apartment or to the parking. A neighbor was helpful in contacting the agents and we were able to get the codes and get in. It also took some time to get the information and parking fees paid so that we could have access to the parking area. (We don't remember seeing anything earlier about parking being extra). The one bedroom apartment was large and comfortable. It was very clean. It was in a good location - quiet street but only a few block walk into the town of Newbury. The pub just down the street was recommended, but was not serving food the day we got there. However, the short walk to town gave us a number of other options for meals (Lock, Stock & Barrel pub was great!).

Great location, few things lacking.
Mostly a great place, location is perfect for town centre, very clean, comfy bed and sofa, sky channels, most kitchen facilities. Just a few niggles let it down. Windows only have white blinds, no curtain to block out glaring sunshine in the morning, there was a very loud constant humming noise in the bedroom which I presume may have been another flats boiler as I turned all off in mine. I'm usually an easy sleeper but it was really distracting. Also apart from washing powder and dishwasher tablets there are no cleaning supplies like a dish sponge or cloth for bathroom. I know they're only small things but I stayed for six nights and they really would have made the difference.

Overpriced small but nice
Very nice flat but over priced considering how small it is, no service, and no air. It was hot in the room and hallways. Small fan and windows were not enough to ventilate the room. The place is very tiny. Housekeeping does a great job preparing the room and entry is easy. Convenient local to town center. Just didn't think it was worth the price.

Lovely apartments, easy self service check-in and check out. Helpful customer services. Location very good, just a few minutes walk into town centre. Spacious bedrooms and living room. Plenty of wardrobe space for clothes. Parking at a reasonable price. Free cold orange juice a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again if going to Newbury.

Amazing place to stay, was home from home with the sofa and Sky box. Much much better than any hotel. Couple minutes walk from high street, everything was in immaculate condition. Would definitely stay here again/ with Fisher Apartments.

Room was quiet, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. It's close to the town center and a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. This is an apart-hotel: there is no front desk or restaurant and hence little opportunity to interact with staff or guests. Unlike most hotels, it has a kitchen and all the necessary equipment to prepare a meal. The only glitch I had was with the safe; it was locked and I had no way to unlock and use it.

Ive lived in Newbury for a few years and i always go back to visit friends. Place was very well presented. Couldnt fault it anyway! Very clean and tidy. You have everything you need. Only downside is the 10am check out, which is a little too early! But ive still given it a 5 star rating.
