Dear Josh, thank you for sharing feedback on your visit. We are extremely sorry to hear that your stay at our hotel was not up to the standards that they should have been. Our housekeeping team is responsible for cleaning all rooms and upgrading the amenities regularly, and we have spoken with them in relation to the issues in relation to the cobwebs and we can only apologise that they did not follow through as instructed and we are putting structures in place to ensure this is not repeated. There is a maintenance plan in place at present and the issue with the discolouration of the grouting in the bathroom is part of this and is being worked on at the moment. In relation to a few of the other points I want to reassure you that your experience is not typical of what our guests say but I am actively working on rectifying the issues mentioned for future stays. In relation to the mentioned stuffed goat and stairwell, this is the back staff stairwell and is used for storage as well as service entry for deliveries and the large animal is a Polar Bear from our Christmas display which is too large to store anywhere else.We shall take all measures required to rectify the issues mentioned in the hopes of having you back as a contented guest.
