Great beach vacation Getaway

This property is everything as described in the listing. It is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and literally steps to the beach . The property owner Stephanie is easy to communicate with and is very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place to stay

We stayed here during our annual Newport Beach trip and the accommodations were perfect. The house was steps from the beach, plenty of parking, the home was comfortable and provided plenty of amenities for our stay. We will be back.

Perfect Location

This was such a great house for our group. It was in a great location and the owner was very nice. The house was perfect for the size of our group. Two adult couples each 3 kids total. Would definitely come back.

Annual beach trip

This is an amazing property and close to the beach. This is our third year staying and we will be back next year! Our family loves it and it’s a great staycation. The host is very easy to contact and everything is so close you can walk to it! We love it!

Great property!! We did have an issue the first morning with no hot water, but the owner was very fast to respond and we had it resolved rapidly. Comfortable space, great for our group of six!

We have stayed at this beach house for multiple years and it never disappoints. Stephanie is a great host; responsive, accommodating and so easy to work with. The home is in a great location, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are an added bonus. It feels like a home away from home!

The beach house was perfect for what we needed it for. The proximity to the beach was exactly what we wanted. It was so helpful to have the beach toys/chairs etc to use. I will say the place could use some tlc (patio chairs rusting etc) but overall everything was functioning and exactly what we needed.

Birthday Weekend in Newport Beach

Absolutely loved my stay at this property for my birthday weekend in Newport Beach. Checkin process was so easy! Great communication from the property owner. The rooms were spacious, comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms, and lovely kitchen. This location is close to the beach and downtown Newport Beach. I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience!

We have stayed at this property twice now and we love it! It’s offers a huge living room and balcony! Tons of space and pretty much everything you’ll need to stay by the beach! The host is awesome and always prompt with replies. Never had an issue! 10/10 would recommend and rent again!!!

This was a nice place with lots of room. It was a block off the beach with easy access. There were a couple of things that needed fixed that the owner was told about and she was responsive. Thank you!

Great location!

Our family rented the upper & lower unit! We had plenty of room and did all our own cooking & eating in the downstairs back patio! 100 steps to the sand! (my grandson counted!) This is our 3rd time here and we will be back!

Awesome property, neighbors were a bit loud

We loved the property and location. Everything in the listing is absolutely correct and we would happily recommend to friends and come back. The only thing we had to complain about is the next door neighbors were fairly loud and up past 2am both nights. With the closeness and windows being open it was very annoying and hard to sleep well. Still a 5/5 property that being said.

Great location

The location is perfect proximity to the beach. It has a nice deep driveway and plenty of beach chairs and toys and bikes. The indoor furnishings all need to be updated. The beds are old and uncomfortable and the couch is very unsightly and stained. There were only two beach towels for a three bedroom house. A little bit could go a long way for this charming house.
