Oceanfront Lower Unit on the Sand

Located just before the beginning of the boardwalk this is a great location for surfing, boogie boarding, or just relaxing in the sun. Close to shopping and many of the great restaurants that the peninsula has to offer.

Glass patio doors open up to amazing views and allow you to walk right out onto the sand. With a couch and some additional seating the whole family can play games or just enjoy the ocean breeze. The kitchen has everything you need for a beach vacation.

Two bedrooms keep this quiet lower unit cozy and perfect for a small family. The master bedroom has a King bed with adjoining bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a shared hall bathroom. There is also a futon in the living room.

The large patio has seating and a BBQ for all of the beach fun you could imagine. Enjoy grilling with family or relaxing and watching the sunset.

**One car parking in shared garage. Please note that this is a subterranean grade garage, and is extremely steep. We recommend low profile vehicles.
