"My first time at a Sheraton but definitely not my last. From the moment I was welcomed from the Valet team to the concierge and the check in process. Room was beyond my expectations and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure there was I needed or could make my stay any better. A truly absolute gem of a place. I strongly recommend it and plan on staying with Sheraton in the future "

"The staff most particularly on the breakfast area were courteous and friendly. The room was affordable aside from the fact that Comfort Inn is not very far from the falls."

"Loved our room facing the falls. Brought my elderly Dad & so we could not walk over to the falls. The views of the falla, colors, fireworks were wonderful. Staff very friendly. Clean room. No complaints "

"Great stay so far! Had one hiccup in that apparently the fridge door had been left open by either the previous occupant or house cleaning and it had defrosted and put water on the floor. I cleaned it up and notified the desk as water was under the flooring but no worries to us!"

"So much value for the money. Whatever you spend extra for these views are worth it. We spent so much time in the room just enjoying the view. It was worth not having to fight the crowds down below. Plus it included the observation deck so additional value for the cost. Great staff!!!!"
