ROYAL PROMENADE : Pool, terrace with sea view

This apartment is situated in a secured luxury residence at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, in the "Carré d’Or" of the center of Nice. This residence is the only residence on the Promenade des Anglais that has a rooftop pool with a huge solarium that faces the beach and that which you can enjoy.

The apartment is situated on the 6th floor with an elevator and was completely renovated and equipped in 2021.

It is arranged like a hotel room suite and is comprised of:

- a living area with one side as a living room (sofa-bed with a double bed, dining table, storage furniture with television and hifi channels) and the other side as a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a spacious closet,

- a lovely sunny 10m2 terrace that offers a lateral sea view with a large dining table and 2 sun chairs to enjoy the climate of the French Riviera,

- an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, hood, 4 burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle,

- a beautiful bathroom in marble with a large shower, hand sink with plenty of storage and a washing/drying machine,

- a separate toilet.

The apartment is also climate controlled. You also have free WIFI internet access and a television with numerous foreign channels. It is possible to rent a parking space in the residence for 15€/day.

The entire apartment is available as well as communal spaces of the residence like the rooftop pool, pool house and the solarium facing the sea.

We offer you as well all the amenities facilities to ensure your stay with comfort: sheets and towels of quality, a welcome pack (coffee, tea, salt and pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment (vacuum, bucket, mop).

We can provide you a free baby cot.

The keys and badges will be given to you, on your arrival by a person who will accommodate you in front of the residence.

The residence “Royal Luxembourg” is situated at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais facing the beach and is in the "Carré d’Or" of the center of Nice. It is found next to a semi-pedestrian zone surrounded by numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets. This is the preferred area by vacationers in Nice. There are numerous bus stops in close proximity. The train station is a 20 minutes walk and the airport is 15 minutes by car but there is also a direct bus in immediate proximity, the n° 98.
