Quiet air-conditioned apartment with panoramic sea view overlooking the Cap d'Antibes. Its location in the prestigious Domaine Les Hauts de Vaugrenier allows quick and easy access to beaches, and to the famous cities of Nice and Cannes to visit the region. Green environment ideal for holidays with family or friends. Comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, and includes access to: the olympic swimming pool, 8 tennis courts, 2 padel courts, shops, club house, restaurant...

Spacious apartment on the 3rd and last floor with elevator. 15 sqm veranda, sea view, south-west facing. Excellent orientation, large living room with smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video…), and equipped kitchen with laundry room. 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed (180x200cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed (160x200). Dressing room, bathroom, and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Wifi, TV, and free parking. Non-smoking apartment.

Swimming pool is at extra cost (see picture with rate grid). Swimming, tennis and self-defence lessons are available. Car recommended.
