A modern, luxury retreat still under construction – offers four types of contemporary, detached accommodations nestled in the dunes, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. This lodge features one ground-floor bedroom with Smart TV and a second sleeping area in a mezzanine accessed by a steep staircase (note: limited headroom). The ground floor includes a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a living room with Smart TV. Outside, enjoy a covered terrace with lounge set. Each lodge has an assigned parking space in the central lot and is easily accessible by foot or bicycle. Equipped with two upstairs bedrooms, this villa includes two bathrooms with showers—one also featuring an infrared sauna. One bedroom has a TV. A washing machine, dryer, garden with terrace and furniture, and parking space for one car are also included. This single-level accommodation offers three bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a bunk bed. One bedroom has an en-suite shower; the second bathroom also has a shower. One bedroom includes a TV. Additional features: washing machine, dryer, safe, and a garden with terrace and furniture. Space for two cars is available right outside. This two-story villa includes one ground-floor bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with twin beds, another bathroom with shower, and a second separate toilet. Extras include a washing machine, dryer, infrared sauna, and a garden with furnished terrace. Parking for two cars is available on-site. All units are stylishly furnished and fully equipped, featuring open kitchens with modern appliances: Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, combination microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. Beds (except bunk beds) are single box-springs, arranged either together or separately. Free WiFi is available throughout. Note: The swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from Monday, 1 December 2025, to Friday, 5 December 2025, at 15:00.

In het park van Roompot Nieuwvliet staan er verschillende soorten lodges en villa's waarin je steeds een hele rustige aangename vakantie kan beleven en het park ligt vlak aan zee. De huisjes zijn enorm comfortabel en hebben allemaal een eigen tuintje. Er is een kleine supermarkt op het park en dit is extra handig voor wanneer je bepaalde zaken tekort hebt. Voor de grotere boodschappen kan je in 10 minuutjes naar Breskens of Oostburg rijden en ook Sluis en Knokke liggen op een kwartier rijden. Wij raden dit park sterk aan!

Liebes Betvilla-Team, wir haben uns in Ihrem gepflegten Park sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist die gepflegte, stilvolle Anlage. Unser Haus war funktional und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sauber ohne die üblichen Gebrauchspuren vieler Vermietungen. Die technische Ausstattung mit Gasherd, Kühl- und Gefrierkombi, Waschmaschine mit Trockner ist TOP. Erfreulicherweise war das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt und mittels Tor verschließbar. Unseren Hund konnten wir frei im Garten laufen lassen. Die Terrasse sehr gemütlich. trotz gewisser Nähe stört die Nachbarschaft überhaupt nicht. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Dafür bedanken wir uns herzlich und kommen gerne wieder. Überall (Fahrradvermietung, Supermarkt, Rezeption) sind wir sehr freundliche und aufmerksam empfangen worden. Die Hilfsbereitschaft Ihres Teams ist außergewöhnlich. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in Ihrer Anlage.

Wir machen seit 30 Jahren Urlaub in einem Park. Ich fand diesen Park einer der schönsten und saubersten Parks überhaupt. Die Einrichtung der Häuser, des Zentrums, des Pools ... sind super schön. Wir wurden von unserem Sohn mit unserem 1,5 jährigen Enkelkind besucht. Sie haben diesen Tag so sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns diesen fantastischen Urlaub geschenkt haben. Es war toll!

Ferienhaus war sehr dreckig . Bin zur Rezeption gegangen habe ihnen das mit Bildern gezeigt nur der Kühlschrank wurde danach gereinigt die Couch die voller Sand und Hundehalter war wurde nicht gereinigt das Geschirr war schmutzig und die Gläser ebenfalls. Diese Sachen haben wir dann selber reinigen müssen . Der Park Ansicht ist recht schön und in strandnah gelegen . Das bestellte und bezahlte starterpaket war nicht Vorort der Kaffee fehlte und die Handtücher die bestellt waren .

Sehr minimalistisch, Häuser für 6 Personen, aber 1 Toilettenpapier bei der Ankunft ... 1 Kartoffelmesser, kein richtiges Messer, keine Auflaufform, keine Kehrschaufel und Kehrschaufel. Wir sind besseres gewöhnt. Außerdem ein Brandfleck auf dem Boden, beschädigte Türen, Spinnweben, schmutziges Geschirr. Letzteres hat die Rezeption gelöst, indem sie uns einen Gutschein im Restaurant gegeben hat. Wir werden hier nicht wieder mieten.

Als wir um 16 Uhr in unserem Ferienhaus ankamen, stellte sich heraus, dass es nicht gereinigt war. Dies wurde bei Meldung an den Informationsschalter umgehend behoben. Nach 5 Minuten machte sich das Reinigungsteam sofort an die Arbeit. Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub.

Der Park von Roompot ist sehr neu und modern. Das Personal war freundlich. Unserer Ferienhaus war modern und gut ausgestattet. Leider war es nicht so sauber wie man es eigentlich für den Mietpreis erwarten würde. Viele Fenster hätten mal eine reinigung nötig, Brötchenkrümel in den Schubladen vom Vorgänger und ein Kinderbett war bei der Ankunft nicht bezogen. Keine 230V Steckdose im Kinderzimmer (2 Jahre altes Haus). Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.
