"Will be staying here for my next visit. Great place to stay if you’re solo tripping or with friends. Absolutely love the staff and location. Can’t wait to stay here again for my next visit."

"Rooms were minimal but to be expected in Manhattan. Cleanliness was lacking in the rooms. There was a small fire on the pool deck and fire extinguisher discharge everywhere. The main bar was subject to a sewer backup and subsequent smell. The food in the restaurant (breakfast) was not great quality. Overall, it was a disappointment. Not worth the cost. Location was excellent."

"Check‑in was easy and the staff was friendly. I was told I’d been upgraded to an executive‑floor room with a king bed and a city view, but the room had a queen bed and the balcony view was blocked by construction equipment. The room was clean and fine for a one‑night stay near Amtrak and MSG, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer."
